Welcome to Clos Allegria, your holiday home in Amboise – in the heart of the Loire Valley Castles!
Just a short walk from Amboise’s historic town center, close to the train station and located in a quiet residential area, our 146 m² two-level house is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Its prime location allows you to explore the most beautiful Loire Valley castles with ease.
The comfort of our home and its carefully curated décor will make your stay truly unforgettable.
Bright and spacious ground floor
From the moment you arrive, you will be charmed by the brightness of the ground floor, flooded with natural light thanks to its four large south-facing windows. Enjoy a generous 50 m² living area, tastefully decorated and offering:
- A welcoming living room with a large sofa, two revisited Louis XIII–style armchairs, coffee tables and a television. A foosball table is also available for relaxing moments with family or friends.
- An inviting dining area with a large table seating up to 8 guests, perfect for enjoying local Touraine specialties.
- A modern, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace: oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
Basic kitchen supplies are provided for the first night only (trash bag, sponge, dishwashing liquid and tea towel). Food items (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) are not provided. The large countertop offers plenty of space to prepare delicious meals.
Sleeping area on the first floor
The sleeping area is accessed via a modern staircase combining wood and wrought iron.
- First bedroom with a view of Amboise Castle, double bed (140 × 190 cm) and desk.
- Second bedroom with a minimalist décor, double bed (160 × 200 cm) and large wardrobe.
- Third bedroom, ideal for children, with three single beds (90 × 200 cm), including one bunk bed. A travel cot is also available.
Bathrooms and toilets
A shower room with toilet is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, a modern bathroom features a bathtub with shower, a large vanity unit, mirror and heated towel rail.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. Each guest receives a large bath towel, and a basic toiletry kit is provided for the first night.
Terrace and garden
You can access a 2,000 m² garden via a large terrace equipped with an outdoor dining area and garden lounge. Sun loungers and a barbecue are available.
South-facing, the garden is perfect for enjoying sunny days in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Practical information
Self check-in from 4:00 PM (early check-in possible subject to availability, with an additional fee). Check-out by 10:00 AM (late check-out possible under certain conditions).
Private parking available in front of the house. An electric vehicle charging station is available at an additional cost.

Amboise train station is a 5-minute walk away, as are the town center, shops, market, the Royal Château, Clos Lucé and the UNESCO-listed Loire riverbanks.
Tours and Blois are a 35-minute drive away, Beauval Zoo is 45 minutes away, and many Loire Valley castles are easily accessible nearby.

How to reach Clos Allegria:
BY CAR
- From PARIS: Take the A10 motorway towards ORLÉANS – TOURS – BLOIS. Exit 18 AMBOISE – CHÂTEAURENAULT, then follow D31 towards Amboise.
- From TOURS: Take the D952 towards Amboise (right bank). Clos Allegria is located 500 m before Amboise.
BY TRAIN
- Paris Montparnasse to Saint-Pierre-des-Corps by TGV (1 hour), then TER to Amboise.
- Paris Austerlitz to Amboise by Intercités (1h51). Amboise train station is 500 m away.
BY PLANE
- Tours Val de Loire Airport – 25 km away
